haha, to be honest at my place of work I have absolutely NO idea how the hell we've mananged to stay in employment the langauge and phrases we often use .

I work in Incident and Problem management within an open plan office floor. Other departments sit not too far away from us lol.

Haha. I used to run an Apps Maintenance team who dealt with IPM and in the two years I worked there I broke 5 phones by slamming them down at high speed while swearing my fucking head off. Luckily we were in a room with nobody else and most of us behaved similarly.
