I think that will be my stance too... price drop will be when I purchase even if I gotta wait another year... my 360 still works fine

Probably because ms have been giving freebies out aswell since E3. I still think live is lightyears ahead of psn. Psn just doesnt feel as integrated. Hopefully the new version will gain ground and be a lot more competetive.

Neither are going to fail, It's going to be no different to PS3/Xbox 360 IMO, both with sell millions.
I will buy both, which one gets the most use will depend on what the majority of my friends play. A bit like how It's been with the PS3/360.

Never played on an Xbox strangely enough! All my mates have PS3s or if they also had Xboxes, we felt no need to start it up. Think I will stick with what I know and stay with Sony . Had the original, 2 and current 3...

I had a 360 for years then got a ps3 for the free online gaming, now Sony charge for the ps4 I will now decide which one it's worth it in other areas which is a shame as a ps4 was a cert for me.

PS4 for me, having never owned an xbox, although i'd love to have played Forza,

I am still undecided on whether I will buy one at launch, I think i will get GTA5 and FIFA14 on the PS3 and that will take me up to Christmas where there might be some deals going by then.
