Epson P50 Waste ressetter

does anyone have an idea of the best way to reset the epson P50 printer
i downloaded some software but i have to buy a key?
rather do it for free as the printer may have printhead problems too. im a tight ars.lol

Had the same problem with a px650 I had, had to pay for the key but it was never right after & ultimately ended up having my foot through the top of it, best advice is bin it and get a canon

I just need to reset the counter as i have got a waste pot fitted and now counters are full but i can d/l the file can any one help me cant see what im doing wrong i can see it just not letting me d/l
