Can anyone build me a one page website?

Looking for someone to build me a one page website and host it on a domain name I've bought.

Website will need to have a list of products and current stock volume (that changes when an order is made) and also one I can manually override. You need to be able to add products to a cart and then auto populate postage based on volume of items and then check out via Paypal.

Is there anyone who's willing to do this for me and can provide me a quote?

Got a quite a few Shopping Carts sitting on my server... nopCommerce is a good one imho

But yeah as said some good free shopping cart sites out there, I use osCommerce myself as pretty customisable.
