Did you register a card or Paypal?
When I had one PayPal wouldn't allow me to use NowTV (it wasn't in the install list) which is why it went back.

Debit card mate. I saw your post so avoided Paypal. That said, I don't have NowTV installed because I thought some of their front page ads weren't kid-friendly - scary stills etc. And the one-click buy a ten quid sports day pass cost me ten quid when the nipper was messing!

There's a couple of sites/blogs out there listing private channels not on the store.

NowhereTV has a brilliant round up of channels, dozens and dozens from all over. I've been watching all sorts tonight like Al-Jazheera.

I was missing pretty much all uk only ones by using PayPal.

Keep us updated on it, hopefully a full hack will be available on the £10 one at some point

Yeah, I was reading some stuff over the last few days (largely about UK/US) before I picked them up and one note was if things get sticky, to hit the reset to factory option and start again.
I'm supposing if, if you use want to use Paypal, the services (such as NowTV) that don't use Paypal don't get installed as they wouldn't work anyway? But iPlayer and whatnot should still have worked.
Seems odd, and a shame you've missed out because of it. The unit and what it can do is unbelievable for the price of it.

I bought mine as an occasional surf-tv bit of kit and it's really good. A lot of the official channels are rubbish it has to be said - plex is your friend
