you used to be able to setup another user and that would then give you more devices not sure if still can as never needed it myself, sure Malty mentioned this ages back ?? possibly the skyid part first ?

well we are getting off topic but was just trying to assist other user.....my son used to live at home had it on his ipad, now moved away and added it to his PC also.....and you only get 2 devices, anymore is extra £5 a month. I deleted the two devices but it seems you can only make one change per month.

The addons are the server end. I have about 6 at the moment but it should handle however many you add to your Plex server.

I believe this is correct. Nothing you can do about that from what I remember from before. I had it on my XBox and my Roku but I'm sure I was also using my iPad with it...

Plex is a streaming server/client deal. The plugin being installed into the NowTV is only a Client.
You need to install the Plex Server software onto the PC with all your media and then point all the Clients to it. The server software runs headless on the server and is accessed using a browser.
It is good, but I won't be swayed from XBMC to Plex quite yet. Although, Plex is making some serious headway in the HTPC/Media streaming world these days. Especially with over the internet streaming.

The only thing that XBMC has over plex for me is the plugins, every other part for me plex just edges it and has come on in leaps and bounds in the last couple of years.

SkyGo in plex I have never got running, only had a couple of half assed attempts but reading through the forums it is something they are sort of looking in to. It's even been pulled from the channels available for install for now.
