    I beleive it's anything, although you'd want to check that as I'm not 100% sure. The US will basically accept anyone with further education as you become "desirable" imports lol

    anyone can move to america - i mean look at all the immigrants that flood over its borders everyday.
    Some nice places - but flip the coin and some bad places there.Lot more crime as well.

    Not strictly true, major or large cities do attract crime, much like over here. But the majority is 'middle' America and largely fairly low crime.

    America shovels it's poor into their own areas. So each nice suburban area will have a "ghetto" attached. But far enough away to not be a problem.

    That's true. The Native Indians have been very pissed off about that for a long time. They can't move for the number of immigrants.

    I wouldn't move to Florida, its one of the poorer parts of the US I have been to yes things are cheaper but thats becasue most dont earn so much and get out of the holiday area things are quite different. New Orleans is very similar, probably worse. NC is really nice though and if I was heading that way would be one of the places I would consider.
