NowTV and Roku Apps

Was going to purchase a Roku LT but got very tempted by the 9.99 NowTV Box. Fould you cannot add some of the channels on NowTV (unlike Roku) such as additional News Channels. I know SKY would want to block Apps such as Netflix but surely theres a way to add CNN and Al Jazeera etc?. I know Plex can be added but dont need that. Thoughts?.. Advice.. Thanks

I didn't mess around long with mine, I think I saw CNN but not Al Jazeera in there somewhere.

Also I think plex lets you install a few more channels.

If no-one else reports back, I'll pop upstairs and have look.

Dont think CNN is on there. is on Roku's but not NowTV. Thought Plex was just for content streaming?. Im more interested on some good news Apps etc like Rokus gives.

Looks like you were right, the news channels on Plex aren't worth mentioning, the only ones worthy of mention on Now TV are Sky and BBC.
