    XboxOne Xboxone kinect question

    Hey all,

I do all my gaming from my pc desk using my 24" monitor, currently use my 360 and my pc ,

with the the xbox one having the kinect im concerned that seeing as im so close to the screen i am going to have difficulty calibrating it etc,

i have no intention of using the kinect for anygaming allthough the voice commands might be handy, from what i gather they have backed down on the "must use kinect stance" so should i be ok now? ,

thinking of changing my pre order to the xbone now, but ive never been able to get in the whole sitting on the couch gaming, even on a big tv, i like to be close to the game as it suits me better.

    cheers

    Adam

Yeah you should be, they have even said that you don't have to have it plugged in at all now, but as for using it the resolution and view angles are said to good enough to work from 2 foot from the sensor.

    Thanks to cobra111
