Any news on psn online gaming

Hey all,

Has there been any news on the changes to the psn network now that we all will have to pay, im really wanting to go sony this time but as i only do mp gaming , xbox is by far the supiorior network but obviously that came at a cost.

will they/have they finally got feature list like xbox live , ie cross gaming chat and just an all aorund much more usable online system,

had a look at the gamescom stuff but not really found any info .

There will be cross game chat - not sure about the rest

For PS4 Multiplayer you will have to be a Playstation+ subscriber i.e. pay a subscription like you do on xbox live

yea exactly, so the service "shoould" be considerbly better than it is now and on par with xbl
