I have gone full circle.. Trying to find me old mum a tablet so she can skype us. I was not impressed when I first saw it in store but my search for a cheap iPad 2 (They do not exist), an alternative tablet with a decent resolution again cheap (do not exist) has brought me back to the Hudl.

Just got my Clubcard points vouchers and I can get the Hudl and accessories for her for well under £100! Seems a no brainer really.

This could all be avoided if Google Chromebooks supported Skype! I guess that is one Microsoft/Google partnership that will never happen which is a shame because she gets on really well with it and it would be one less device.

I'm trying to buy a HUDL online but its not taking my boost clubcard vouchers, really annoying! Went to store to buy one and they can't get the black ones in stock at the moment either. Very frustrating

This one? £99 in currys online http://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/computi...131030130507:s

Although the Hudl looks like it pisses on it Spec wise.

I had a similar problem the other day. Was in stock, was not, was then it allowed me to boost but then arsed out when I tried to change the delivery address..
I saw this as a sign to hold off for now.

I've just rang them and when I've exchanged my vouchers for the boost vouchers they are only for in store which is annoying. They can refund them but they won't appear on my account until next year which is too late for xmas. I'll have to go in store and order one to be delivered in store now and just get whatever colour they've got. It wasn't clear when I exchanged the vouchers that they are in store only which is annoying.

Ah.. I was prompted at the checkout to use mine, I had never redeemed them.

Will you not lose out on some of the deals? I think they have money off the accessories etc..
