ford mondeo radio code

Hi

My mondeo had a flat battery today and when i got it charged and started it asked for the radio code, so i put in the code that was on the card in the service book but it says it is incorrect

what do i do now?

Hi m8 i did the 1 and 6 thing and got the sn but it is a weird one, this is what it says

sn: SOCD6XAV008126

What model number is the Stereo?

i think m8, thats what the etis system says it is.

it is the sony 6 cd dab mp3 & bluetooth jobbie standard ford kit from 2010

Usually Ford Radios have a 7 digit serial number beginning with V, M, C or L.
If this is not on the Stereo (usually printer on the label of the back of it), I'm not sure it can be done.

Ha. 1 sec. Noticed something...
You code could be "V008126" at the end of the SN above.

Turns out that the Code can only be generated by Ford Etis (there online system), but this may not be a problem.
Will keep you posted.

What code have you got for it? Just incase I generate the same one.
