iCloud and Photos

I don't know if anyone has experienced this before.

I have my iPhone and 2 iPads on the same iTunes annount, a few weeks ago me and the wife took the dog for a walk at Blenheim Palace and there were 30-40 Lamborghini's there doing a photo shoot, so I walked around taking some pic's of the cars got home and with in minuets they had be uploaded to iCloud and downloaded to the iPads, so I picked up my iPad and started to flick through the photos and were some missing.

This also happened on Saturday took the dog for a walk at Blenheim Palace and they were filming "Cinderella" the wife took some pic's, got home and not all of them got transferred to the iPads.

Anyone know why some pic's don't get transferred?

Could it be due to the picture size and amount of iCloud space available?

There is space on iCloud and this has happened twice on the trot so if iCloud was low on space it wouldn't do any, the pic's were taken on my 4s so I cant see size being a problen

iOS 7 ?

I am having several issues with iOS7. iMessage was a problem but now appears to have resolved its self but purchasing apps is massively broken for me! Will ask for password, say it cannot complete the purchase (even for free apps). I then have to close it down and try again when it then tells me I have already purchased the app and then saves to the iPhone..

I will check the photo's when I get back tonight. If it is going wrong for someone else then it is probably going wrong for me too. I seem to have hit all the iOS7 issues.

A similar thing happened to me when upgrading my iphone 5 to ios7 (also have iPad on same account)
Pictures were on phone, iPad and iCloud prior to upgrade - following the upgrade on iphone to iOS 7 it wiped out a whole load of recent pictures from all devices and iCloud.
I've never got to the bottom of why this happened

It might be iOS 7, I think when we saw the Lambos at Blenheim it was the Saturday after iOS 7 came out and all devices had been updated.

Also if I take a photo at home on my iPhone it wont go onto the iPad's

Before the update I think it worked fine.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's iOS 7
- the iPad is still on ios6 JB'd btw, so narrows it down a lot in my case - happened the instant I upgraded phone to ios7
