SARCASM ALERT!!!! Thought I should mention that the following post has been posted with sarcasm yet does help by doing the googling for the person and therefore does not go off topic

you can do it in Photoshop, you will need a working version of Topaz labs lens effects plugin

    Thanks to davey52

I looked into on tilt and shift photography, I just looked it up and was keen, but price of lenses put me of. That said, knowing PS, I had a browse of tutorials. I thought it might be something of interest for you perhaps and added the initial tutorial I found.

    http://www.photoshopessentials.com/p...ilt-shift-cs6/

It is for an older version of PS, but never the less, a good starter. Seems (i say seems I dont use it) a basic standard tutorial.

I recently bought a new Canon point and shoot - Ixus 510 HS - has it built into the software and lets you set the area to put the effect on. Works really well in the right scenario.

And just where do you suggest we draw the line with this and the dozens of weekly chancers that you don't even get to see?

Seriously? You honestly thought I was been serious?
I thought the sarcasm was pretty obvious.

Thanks everybody. I did try Google first, got some results, but thought that there are people here with experience. Thanks anyway. By the way, I can not see the links due to low post count.
