Question How to view multiple folders as one?

So I have all my MKVs split across 4 drives - but I know there are dupes (propers, different scene releases etc. )

Is there any way of viewing all 4 folders as 1 so I can sort by name and go through it?

I have tried doing it with the libraries feature and I can see all the files on 1 window but the sort by name option is greyed out:

any ideas? I'm running Server 2012

I don't, but I can recommend Directory Lister.

You can choose all four of these locations and then sort into order.

I do like the idea of being abel to see all in one.

You coudl search ALL drives for .mkv files, again put in order, then delete as required by having separate folders open to the side fo listing.

you can't delete with directory lister which is a shame, also using search for MKV picks up all my TV stuff on other drives so makes it difficult

    cheers for suggestions

I have this very issue often. I knwo what you want to do. This is how I came accross Directory Lister. But I recognice you cant delete with it. Always hard when viewing so much stuff you miss things constantly.

I have always wanted a program that finds duplicates across folders and HD's and gives you the option, like when you copy into a fodler and get - This File Already Exists, a, b, c...

Let me know if you get anything much more suited.

    Cheers......Q

    Dir c:\*Release* d:\*Release* E:\*Release* /S

Changing the release with what you want to search for?

    Thanks to grrrd
