GAME robbed me

I posted in another thread about selling my xbox one ticket from game to a couple for the £20 that i paid, anyway they changed thier mind, so i bought it.
Went to game to pick it up, day one edition with fifa 14, before i paid they said there is some offers so i had a look, console on its own we all know is £429 i had £500 cash on me, i seen a premium bundle for £499 which was 2 games of my choice out 5 or 6 selected games and a bluray to chose 1 out of 6 so i went for that, i picked dead rising 3 and ryse and wolverine, any way it scaned at £544. Hold on i said id picked the £499 bundle, 1 guy tried to sort it out then the manager came over and said its right, the reason been fifa 14 is listed in that bundle i picked, yes i seen that but i get fifa 14 free with the day one edition as a sort of thank you from microsoft for chosing thier system. He said head office said it has to be paid for in that bundle, i was going mad in the store saying thats its wrong you cant charge me for a game that comes free with the console.

In the end i just bought the console as i dont see why i should pay for a game thats free.
Should i phone head office to moan like fuck.

Yes, I would. But, I would have (if you have only cash hard) bought the full monty and then argued looking for refund of £44. They may deny this, sorry, our manager should not have done this, blah blah blah.

Yes, you should. I had a very similar argument with Game when I bought a PS3 and ended up having to pay for a game I didn't want due to a bundle mixup. Long story short, letter into chairmans office and I got given money back for the game I didn't want, let me keep the game (which I traded in for extra), and gave me £50 in game vouchers.

Same here, I had an issue a few weeks ago with Game and emailed the ceo within a couple of hours a regional manager was emailing me back offering compensation.

It's always best to go straight to the top with a complaint rather than through their website.

Fuck sake the console has today only gone and fucked up, it shut down on me while playing twice and now wont turn back on, god dam fucking m$ gotta wait now for a replacement as game wont and cant exchange it. At least i got another to use just have to unwrap the kids.

Have you tried the fuse in the power brick plug? Happened to me after playing for a while with Xbox in an enclosed media bay ( I know, I know schoolboy error!)

i just swapped lead for a x360 one for now, and back up and running.
