      Help been offered an iphone 5 cheap but!!!

      It's currently locked to EE but mrs needs o2
      can these be unlocked with any other method than using EE to unlock it to all networks?

      Unfortunately not. Unlocking iPhones is usually expensive.

      Apple have this wrapped up too. You either buy a factory unlocked iPhone, get it on contract - and stick with the provider - or pay through the nose to get it unlocked.
