Help makig a pc program

Hi peeps, hope everyone had a good Christmas and new year :-)

I need help to make or have a made program and was wondering if there is a program or some website i can go to to help me?

I wont go into too much detail but in a nutshell i want a form with tick boxes/comment boxes that when printed does it in a specific format and not just a print of the form.

Also does anyone know of a program for producing work rostas that is intelligent enough to know whar people have worked previously so they don't get days after a night shift, every staurday, 8 day runs etc??

Apologies if this is completely unhelpful, but i could suggest a google drive "form". Its free and easy to create forms online with various options. I guess you might be after something more technical, but I thought I'd give you a heads up in case it might be what you were looking for and if you were not aware of the service.

Hi thanks for your input, I hadnt heard of google forms from drive before but after just taking a look i'm not sure it would do what I need, certainly not in a way that would be suitable. What im really after is a standalone something that i can edit as I need generally on a daily basis.

will it allow me to install as a standalone program so that nothing I put in the forms goes anywhere near the internet? (huge confidentiality issues with what im wanting to use it for)

Not that I know off, everything will be stored on the net with google drive, and your have to be online to use it.
