Niece's wedding pic. Help please

Gi there I have a photo from my niece's wedding at the weekend - I didn't take this but one of the guest's emailed it to me. I would like to turn the photo to B & W but have the bouquet in its original color. Can any kind sole either tell me how or if its "easy" could anyone do it for me pretty please.

I grayscaled it in Photoshop. Then just 'coloured' the bits I wanted colour using the history brush. Simple.
