How do make pictures in Excel full screen or larger when you click?

Hi If you have some pictures that are resized to fit in cells, is there any way to double click (or hover?) them and make them actual size or full screen?

Can you click them and then use the corner tool to expand the axis? I don't use many spreadsheets and those I do use tend to be data and formula so I don't know if there is another way. Are you quickly trying to see more detail or do you want to extract the image from the spreadsheet? Could even use a magnifying tool but the quality would suffer.

I had a spreadsheet with 17 photos on, one in each cell. I had to resize them to fit in an excel form. I just thought there might be a way so you could click on an individual cell to view it in actual size?

I'd also to see a solution to scaling pictures up and down with one click in excel if anyone knows of one.

Could you not link to the pictures on your HDD from the thumbnail sized pictures in the spreadsheet?
