They could just do without you. Your middle management job would be one of the first I'd cut if making opex savings.

I could find a cost saving way to replace each and every one of those tasks.

Tube strike: TSSA union suspends strike after reaching deal

One union has suspended its 48-hour Tube strike action after reaching a deal with London Underground (LU) over ticket office closures.

TSSA members will now no longer take the industrial action, which was due to start at 21:00 GMT.
The RMT Union is due to look at the deal that has been put forward by LU now that talks have been adjourned.
Talks have been taking place between LU and the unions at conciliation service Acas.
In a statement, Acas said Tube bosses would be writing to the unions with proposals to end the dispute.
"We are hopeful of a positive response so that the proposed industrial action will be withdrawn," it added.
Talks between the unions and LU have been taking place at Acas for 11 days.
Last week's 48-hour walkout from 4 February caused major disruption.
Transport for London (TfL) has published a list of what services it hopes to run should RMT decide to go ahead with the strike.
Trains will run between 07:00 and 23:00, although services will start to wind down at 21:30.

Not middle management, just below - do the work and don't get the pay or the credit. I'm the code architect; so without me the project wouldn't be going many places (not decent ones anyway).

I can't see a grammatical error there at all. And even if there was, it's very low to correct someone's spelling when they are typing on an internet forum. I quite obviously know the difference between your and you're.
