Got mine on the last wave of offers and managed to throw the cheque out (still not even sure how). Emailed them and they done BACS payment the next day. Couldn't have been more professional.

Got this error and have lost access to the drive with all my Tv shows anybody have any idea how to fix it?

I ad a look at these again and notice still cash back and price drop comapred to when it all first starting being talked about. Furthre more, on the site, there was a hole host of cash back deals. Good to know it can take a while. EVen if i miss out, keen to get an order in this week, cheap enought for me to get one and play with now.

You won't regret it m8, my friends have bought other nas/ servers for similar money and all ended up disappointed, mostly because their CPU didn't have the oomph to transcode in plex, the n54l has never let me down.

What OS is that? Un raid or something? It looks like the disk has possibly failed?

It was software RAID for protection right?

Looks like expenology os and as rev says looks like one of the disks has failed. When I had synology nas it had RAID and there was a disk mgt screen that allowed you to repair the drive.

I found my normal drives in mine (win home server 2011) barely lasted the warranty period, but mine serves as plex media player and everybody in the house uses it. when I changed to WD red drives they are much quieter and also have 3 yr warranty and thus far no problem.
