    Film The Book Thief

Was bored this afternoon, so flicked through ATV2 and clicked The Book Thief (Novel by Markus Zusak)

Right away the pick up is Germany 1936-37, so my interest upped.

I'm not going to go into this too much as even if I talked about the narration, I'd give this all away.

Watch this film, see the horrors of Hitlers ideology rise in local German villages, and how this changed the life of a small adopted girl, who could not read or write unfold.

I'm not a soppy git, but by christ this film had me. They don't make film's like this anymore. Brilliant acting, one utterly stunning film.

    Please watch it.

    9/10
