Couple of new Horror flicks coming soon.

First one is called Hooked Up. It's apparently the first (horror?) film, shot entirely on an iPhone. And judging form the trailer it doesn't look half bad!

Synopsis: "Two young friends from New York travel to Barcelona to get over the break up of one of them. But things won't go as expected and they will end up trapped in a house where they will have to fight an evil girl and the evil inside them."

Next up is called Muck. It's apparently the first (horror?) film shot in UHD and with no CGI. Also looks pretty good.

Synopsis: After narrowly escaping an ancient burial ground, a group of friends find themselves trapped between two evils, forcing them to fight, die, or go back the way they came.

People ask me, why do I watch horror? Well depiste liking the genre, at least it has more originality than mainstream stuff these days. Remakes and follow ups galore...

What a load of tosh (from their end). Maybe the first 'indie' movie but even that is nonsense.
Having previously worked in the industry for 8 years I can tell you that Red Cameras have been doing 4k (UHD) and beyond for many many years.
Plus take into account that Film is higher resolution than we will ever see digitally (worthwhile doing) - these people need a slap.

Basically trying to get interest by quoting that it is the first so it becomes popular...

Right, now I will watch the trailers. Had to get that off my chest.

OK so just sat through them.. Sorry, the title says 'Horror' ... I am confused. Did you mean Comedy?
