I dea with trade customers and the buyback sites and hoping this year to give up repairs myself then move to a more MD role if a few things come off
.Net Developer, mainly lead dev on financial systems.
Can never get away from legacy code though including VB6.
Been in the field about 10 years, roughly when the IT Crowd started on the TV.
Got into it because I couldn't stand finance and reconciliation work for the rest of my life.

Yet another IT guy... Server/Network Engineer. Nearly 15 years at current company. Still lovin it. Always tempted by consultancy work but think it would impact rest of my life too much... Maybe after the kids have left home lol
