it does not come with a GM Tube but I can get one for around �13

now this is ideal because I wanted a little project to keep me busy, and its a practical thing too because I have a theory that most fish caught in the seas around the arctic and Canada etc will be contaminated by the radioactive leakage from the fukushima reactors in japan and I wanted to make something like this to prove it.

I read a news article about some guy testing a starfish whos legs had fallen off (its been happening to thousands) and he found it to be highly radioactive. if the starfish have this you can bet all other sea creatures from the same regions do. crabs, lobster, tuna, mackerel, kippers, shrimp etc..

I stopped eating fish within weeks of the major fckup by the company (workers had no 12v batteries, requested them multiple times). I want one that is guaranteed to work though.

The sea floor is covered in dead fish according to a top scientist due to the leak still happening. Thousands of sea creatures, bird and other animals have started dying in mass

@hill my god man, have you seen the sales video. the most uninteresting un-sales like video ive ever seen

that looks shit m8. the kit I posted has an lcd with it and shows the actual reading of radiation levels and does not just tick.
there are 2 bits needed to purchase on top of the kit I posted, quite notably the gm tube but they are cheap enough on ebay anyway

My old team at work maintain X-Ray machines for security scanning. We have a few geiger counters. I haven't actually thought about scanning fish. Might have to borrow one.
