Where did you get your NOKIA 9500 from. I didn't think it had been released yet.

and if you got it from abroad, ie outside Europe they usually come unlocked.

switch it on. then on the phone screen type *#06#.
then open up the phone and press messages.

now close the phone. switch it off. then switch it back on and

How do you know the code doesn't work. HAve you tried it on your imaginary phone ?
