    Photos The moon... same as Ian's but a little less sharp, lol...

    Tried to get a moon photo with 500mm lens and the 1.4x extender on it too (giving 1120mm effective) but the 1.4 does reduce the quality a little bit...

    Still well captured mate. Reckon you could sharpen up easily enough in PS.

    Full Moon is March 16th I believe...

    you say 500 lens but which as with your camera it should be awesome
    this took with a 7d sigma 50-500 with 2 converters on @500

    The 50-500 is reputedly better than the 150-500.
    Two converters give some massive size - and it's all down to conditions. It was a smidge hazy when I took mine.
