I'm playing this on 360 it's quite a good game, but i won't be getting it for PS4, i'll be saving my hard earned for PS4 exclusives and only ones that have on line gameplay as well as a campaign.

Metal Gear I think they have now dropped the price to something sensible for a prologue . . . still wont be bothering with that

Next purchase for me will be Dark Souls 2 on PS3 (unfortunately not out on PS4) Is all I have saved my PS3 for then it will be moth balled . . .

PS4 - will be Infamous Second Son which looks real good and out 21st March

Gutted to read this, I got it all ready for the 360 but not tried it yet.

I loved the Thief: Deadly Shadows a few years back and hoped this would have improved on that...... sad times ;-(

I don't have a console but this thread caught my interest. All 3 Thief games so far have in my opinion been great. The AI has always been hilariously stupid but they've been fun nonetheless.

Mac, instead of going by the personal opinion of someone who might have much higher expectations than the next person, just load the fucker up and play it. Then you can form your own opinion.

Personally, I'll be getting it on PC (via one method or the other....) and I'm looking forward to giving it a whirl (especially as I'm getting a new video card in a few days)

The videos I've watched looked good to me, but so did Hitman Absolution, and that's still neatly sealed on a shelf...

One to pick up at 20 sheets I think.

If you liked the first three you'll like this one. . . .no big improvements but then I only got about 40 mins in before getting a save error. . . . looked for other copies but early days yet. There seems to be issues generally, console versions too.. . .

I loved Hitman Absolution got the platinum trophy for it etc, this just doesn't seem that good - may pick it up second hand and have a go

So I read Games tm coverage of Thief in a preview last week, bells/whistles/drama about 6 pages of waxing lyrical. They've covered the game a bit in the past as well.

In this months magazine the review gave it 6/10.

I know that you shouldn't go on scores alone but < RANT > why the cunting ass bollocks did they go on so much about it to then give it a shitty average score, surely they had an sign it wasn't going to be AAA material why give it so much fucking ink < / RANT >.

I feel duped and I haven't even bought the game!

bought it today, have to say I'm not that impressed. I like games where you use stealth and have to explore etc but I think this is like a bad dishonoured tbh. nothing new her, move along please!!!!

Good thing about the ps4 is the twitch and uswitch addons I watched someone play thief for about 30 mins it did look rather boring he got a lot of comments cheers dude you saved me 60 bucks lol quality

I got it, have played a little. I'm enjoying it so far. Not sure at the moment that the game play has the same mysteriousness as the first 3 titles in the series but irrespective of that, it looks absolutely gorgeous running via a Radeon R9 290X
