A quick hello

Landed here after looking for a new forum to settle in as the ones ive used in the past have become boring

Have a recent interest in the 360, and the original xbox (15 year to late but still fun) playing around filling the hard drive with bits and bobs for my kids to use

No a little about sat, been using a vu+ duo for a while now and seemed to pick it up pretty quickly

Other interests being pretty much any tech, A/V bits and bobs, movies, tv, have an obsession with airguns also

Thats about it for me, good to be here

Welcome to Digital Forums. Forum etiquette is quite high on the list here, like in real life you treat others with respect and you equally get it back. Contributing to the threads with good constructive posts gets you noticed for all the good reasons. with time your post count will go up and you will have full use of the forum. This has been put in place to stop Spammers,Leechers and generally 1 post users that want something for nothing, they try and get it and go.

Digital forums has been going years and has a large fan base. some actually pay for the privilege and they get bonuses over non sub people. With time you will build up friends and likewise you will be seen here as someone that can contribute to the DF Community.

forgot to mention a interest related to the site, i like a bit of photography, noticed theres a lot on here, although im pretty crap at it, let the camera do the work and i just point it and my kids hoping for the best, d3100 though and it seems to work,

Maybe some of the excellent images posted by some of our more talented members like dpSparhawk and Bilbo baggin will inspire you to do a bit more than just point and shoot. I am always in awe of these guys and the pictures they take. (">

It was a post by bilbo last night (i think) could be wrong, of a fly, brilliant pic, most i cannot see due to under 10 posts, look forward to seeing the rest

I do try with the d3100, will look around for tips etc

Keep posting (relevant stuff of course ) and you're more than welcome to contribute to the photography forum. There's no snobbery there. If you have a camera, point it at something and post it.

I learned a lot of my stuff from Bilbo. Reckon he and another guy on another forum were my main sources of inspiration and continue to be so.
