Default Fibre Broadband - Any Current Offers ?

Currently using Plusnet for 80/20 fibre broadband and not happy with em.... basically customer service is utter shite... had problems that only got resolved when I emailed the CEO...
It is working now but not a happy camper about the way I was treat so looking to bail.... my contract is up in about 6 weeks.

Would like to keep 80/20 but 40/10 would maybe do.

I find these broadband checker services all seem to only compare the same 5 or 6 big players ?!?!?!?!?

    Thanks yall

Currently six months half price fibre and free activation with Sky.
    40mb is £20 per month, 80mb is £30 per month + line rental @ £15.40.

    First 6 months for 40mb would be £25.40, £35.40 after 6 months.
    First 6 months for 80mb would be £30.40, £45.40 after 6 months.

Not sure if this is a covert offer or something available to everyone, have a look on the website, if it's not a public offer drop me a PM.

    Thanks to iNSPECTA

you will get good and bad with EVERY provider, its expected when they have 10s of thousands of customers, im with talktalk and love them no probs at all, been half price since I joined then 3 years ago getting way better than expected speeds cant ask any more of them , yet my mate down the road had the most horrendous experience with talktalk and will never use them again or want to hear there name ever again, its pot luck im afraid

Its not just the bad service though I find I hardly use the telephone but there costs must be ridiculous as it usually adds £40 to the bill and I really don't use it much

Check the bill to see exactly what you have been charged for that adds the £40 to the bill. I have free UK calls and hardly use the phone but I noticed my bill had an additional £10 on it a couple of months ago. When I checked I had used the uploaded.net call-to-pay service which I had totally forgot about. (">

It's just extortionate prices to Call Landlines & Mobiles
I have stopped using it completely but getting the Mrs to stop using it and use her mobile instead is proving difficult !!!! Maybe a 'fall' down the stairs will help her memory

The cheapest seems to be talk talk but hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm used em once before and unless they have improved not sure !!!

    Thanks to macmilm

A fall down the stairs would have been an option if you had kept it to yourself and not mentioned it here with 442 witnesses currently online. (">
