Attention Advice regarding moving somebody elses property from my home

Ok, my wife (currently separated) is living in the joint mortgaged home with my kids, her boyfriend according to her is not living there but his stuff is everywhere, clothes, ipad, a 32" tv he bought and put on the wall in the bedroom. Now the boyfriend is shooting his mouth off and I have just about had enough. What I want to know is as joint owner of the home am I entitled to remove his property from my house to teach the little shit a lesson? ideally throw it in the street if need be?

    Thanks

Whatever action you take it is only going to cause problems further down the line for you. As joint owner you are probably entitled to go in and do what you want but damaging someone else's property, regardless of where it is.

However if you did not care you could:

Just give the fucker a good hiding.
How about you go about and put on some of that anti crime ink on thinks. The invisible ink that glows under black light.
Put a postcode onto it, report it stolen and tip the law off as to where it is. Obviously if you got caught you would be the one to be punished.
Or you go about shouting your mouth off telling people how you banged her first and the little shit has gone in for sloppy seconds.

Optionally you could have a word with the ex, try and reason with her although it sounds like the damage is done. If he is staying there then he needs to pay council tax. Consider reporting him.

Be careful is my only advice!
Are you getting divorced? If so anything you could do may cause problems going forward with that, plus you need to think about how your actions could affect your kids.

I don't think you have the rights to move his stuff, if it's there with her permission I reckon you're buggered.
    If at first you don't succeed.....redefine success. . . .

Couple of anonymous phone calls to Social Services might get him out of your house ;-)

its very unlucky when the police find certain things on people that they shouldnt have - can get quite messy depending on what it is of course

however personally i would leave it alone, its just not worth the hassle
You know he grew up as a little shitspark from the old shitflint and then he turned into a shitbonfire and driven by the winds of his monumental ignorance he turned into a raging shitfirestorm. If I get to be married to Barb I'll have total control of Sunnyvale and then I can unleash the shitnami tidal wave that will engulf Ricky and extinguish his shitflames forever. And with any luck he'll drown in the undershit of that wave. Shitwaves.

Wait until the Divorce is done then if there are issues over money and he is living there or staying lots you might have cause to use that info. . .as has been said, play it cool...be the good guy 'cos it'll pay off in the end.

Always good to post/chat about it. Hear what you already know and walk away from it for a while.
She is probably latching onto him at the moment whilst the Divorce goes through. Once that is done attitudes will change and they both might end up going their own ways. You will sleep better knowing that you did the right thing and get away with the smugness in her company. Doing something stupid now will go beyond them two. It will go right through her family who I assume some of you do still get on with. If they have to take sides then who's side will they take.. hypothetical question obviously.

I agree with blaggard on playing it cool.

    But if your circumstances allow:
You could, depending on how long you have been out of the house or what has been agreed and as long as you haven't threatened her with violence, you may have the legal right to move back in and share the house which would really get up his nose. Then you would have more right to tell him to get his stuff out. If there are kids involved though it wouldn't be right for them to endure the caustic atmosphere that may ensue. (">

Patience is a virtue. Play nice, be as reasonable as you can be. Then if "anything" happens it wont obviously be you. I do like " The invisible ink that glows under black light.
Put a postcode onto it" why not mix it up with at least 3 postcodes on them??

As said mate, keep out of it for now is what I would do. Get the paperwork done and dusted without giving your ex ammo to feed her solicitor with etc. Things like this can quickly escalate into a whole world of shit and the losers will be you and your kids... she's the one with tits mate, and in my experience, give them tits grief and most women will turn bad and hold your kids to ransom to spite you.

Sorry m8 but I don't think Lloydi will be calling you anytime soon when it comes to enrolling some muscle. He's already seen the Skype capture I took of you when we talked last month which I posted in another thread. (">

I wouldn't worry about it. Fuck her. You have kids with her, keep it amicable. Don't worry what they are doing. Be the bigger man.

Then go and get a younger, hotter girlfriend.
