If you hadn't and there was an accident the other car would have been to blame for insurance purposes because he undertook you on the left even though you had indicated left. You would still think to yourself though that you could have avoided the accident if only you had followed what you were taught when learning to drive and had looked in your mirror. He would have been to blame but the accident wasn't avoided because you didn't bother to drive as you were taught and as stated in the highway code. Imagine if it was a motorbike... That turning car could have killed someone.

A motorbike would have made the gap... the lambo driver thought he could make the gap instead of doing the sensible thing and applying the brakes. As supraman correctly points out:

It would be 100% non fault for the Lambo. Video evidence isn't conclusive of speed. Without a professional witness it'll be treated as a right of way violation.

There are plenty of open spaces where you can with reasonable safety use the power. If you have that little self control and really feel that it's impossible to control the urge to speed in a city centre just because you are driving a supercar then you should be restricted to one of these that macmilm drives. Ask him if he's interested in selling you the blue one. You may get a bargain because the fat cunt cant fit into it anymore. (">

The blue one is indeed for sale, it no longer can take my 19 stone girth and getting up hills is near impossible. Will be sad to see it go though... we had some great times together and you wouldn't believe the positions me and Sandra used to be able to achieve during coitus. If you pull into a lane of oncoming traffic it is your fault. Forget the Lambo and speed issue here, a car pulled out and he (Lambo driver) had nowhere to go. I have been in this situation before as the offender.

driving at 30, the lambo should have been able to stop or as a minimum slow down and avoid that. good driving is also about anticipating incidents, and the car pulling out should have rung warning bells - not indicated to a driver to floor it...

Wow, amazing footage. It's crazy, the crashing noises almost don't sound real. But yeah, I agree with everybody else here, I really think the guy turning in front of the lambo is at fault here. Although, I realize sometimes it can be difficult to see oncoming traffic turning in a city because of all the parked cars around the sides. Not sure how fast the lambo was going though.
