Tomtom with large screen

Looking for a tomtom unit that has a large screen with latest maps of uk and europe.

I can do the maps myself but if it comes with then great!
preferably looking for a one xl or similar.

Must be cheap and full working order.

have you tried tom tom on a gps enabled tablet?

Its for my dad he just wants a simple large screen tomtom like the one xl i have.
he wont use a tablet or ipad etc.
