Question for me would be 'What uses all 8 cores'.
It is a bit like the iPhone 5s - 64bit OS but not much in the way that really utilises it.
I am sure some applications will be quicker, but I think it would struggle to use the full power of the phone.
Could be a good investment in terms of future proofing, although by the time that applications can utilise 8 cores a newer technology would have superseded it.
What model you looking at?

Interesting article here, appears it might not just be all mouth and no action: http://gadgets.ndtv.com/mobiles/feat...ng-myth-497615
We all make mistakes sometimes
I'd take other shit into account before getting a boner over the cpu. software / update support, build quality, battery life and so on.
