Who were you when you thought you where you was?. Whats a matter for can't you want to?
Not that I know of, any of the backdoors that were discovered were very hard to execute and have been patched since. Could try giving the NSA a call though

It is my daughters... smart arse
Phoned the apple store and here is what you do.
open iTunes
Plug your phone into your pc
Press Lock (power) & Home buttons at the same time
Wait till the screen goes blank
Then release the lock button (power)
Keeping hold of the home button click restore to factory settings on your iTunes.
The phone will then restore without the need of the four digit pass code.
Then when all is done set your phone up as new and restore all data from iCloud etc...
Bobs your uncle, Fannies your aunty and all that.
(bit of a ball ache like but the little one has just left as a happy bunny).

I could have told you that by doing that all data is lost so you are relying on there being a recent iTunes backup or iCloud backup. You are restoring it in recovery/DFU mode. The way you worded the question I thought you needed access to the phone to get at the data
Does find my iPhone not have any features built in to deal with this?
For example could you not remote lock the device and force prompt a new passcode?
Of course you would need to have installed find my iphone on the device, which you have of course.. along with 'Find Friends' which would be essential with a daughter...

We all make mistakes sometimes
You were lucky It won't work to restore in dfu if it's logged into iCloud
I think you can connect it to a PC that it has synced with to restore it still as long as you know the Apple ID and password.
Find my iPhone can remotely wipe the phone, make the phone audible and send a message to the phone. Can't reset the passcode.
