    This sounds too obvious....... have you checked it for faults because that sounds like a fault with your machine.

    Must of been faulty, I've had three multi floors, so do my family and no complaints with them at all. I've only had three as I left one when I moved and fell on the other and broke it.

    I still have it - it's not faulty. It's always done it . It's a common complaint of that model
