Default The other nights Full Moon.

Not so much a photo but I decided to give this a whirl. Used Live view and magnified to 5x to ensure decent focus.

Converted and increased the speed to 6x the original.

Used my long lens with the camera in video mode.

I'd recommend going directly to YouTube by clicking on the YouTube logo, switching to HD and using the Medium sized window option to see more detail on the moon (Think it opens in the medium sized window anyway when you go to YouTube). You'll have to restart the video once you switch to 1080p.

    Yup, it's the moon.
Seen it loads of times, lets see you get Saturn next time.

    Spoiler:
Kidding, looks great. Would perhaps have preferred a bit more zoom, larger sized moon = more detail, were you maxed out?
Bit weird to see it sliding across the sky like that. Good job.

    Thanks to DejaVu

LOL, that was at 400mm (no telescope or anything). I could probably crop it but need to work out how to do that to a video.

    Cheers

Ps. Saturn? perhaps if I buy the kit one day... I doubt I'd get it sliding across the sky though haha.
