Galaxy Nexus Black screen

Hi Guys,

having probs with my Galaxy Nexus.
Essentially dropped it and since then getting a black screen on powering up. The 'bump' thing happens when switching on, but screen stays black.
Tried ringing it and the white blink happens, notifying missed call, but f*ck all else!
Have connected to laptop and it says no pictures / videos found, even though I know there are some on it.
Is there anything I can do to get it working again?
BTW was unlocked previous to this via Nexus Root Toolkit

No idea but if it's after a drop it's almost certainly mechanical. . . .could be a simple connection but will need opening...
