Wanted Low profile PCI graphics card

Bit of a long shot i know, but does anyone have one they don't want or use any more, it's for an old Dell OptiPlex GX520, which belongs to an old neighbour, who doesn't have any money lol, i'm willing to pay for one for him though to help him out, if it's cheap enough.

    Cheers.

Not a fan of Amazon but it is the cheapest, this allows dual monitor and is low profile, silent too. I always have one in stock, well worth £20 and you have the warranty then.

Just checked this out again and it's definitely an older PCI slot, and not PCIE, let me know if you have one.

    Thanks
