Skybox F5, No signal

About 3 weeks ago my skybox F5 gave the display No Signal, thinking that this was due to my server sub having expired i bought a new sub from a different server, after loading the new server data it still says, No Signal, the new server provider advised that its an issue with the channels ,Its at this point that i am completely out my comfort zone, i do`nt know what satallite is used for northwest UK or how to tune the box to it,it says in sat list Bskyb France !,i have no favourites list or channel, would be grateful for any help or advice the forum might give in resolving these issue,many thanks to one and all at the forum,Dave.

Welcome to Digital Forums. Forum etiquette is quite high on the list here, like in real life you treat others with respect and you equally get it back. Contributing to the threads with good constructive posts gets you noticed for all the good reasons. with time your post count will go up and you will have full use of the forum. This has been put in place to stop Spammers,Leechers and generally 1 post users that want something for nothing, they try and get it and go.
