Farcry 4 announced

I've only ever played Farcry 3 and loved it, ok the story wasn't anything new and the gameplay samey but it was still a good game so I'm happy that Ubi have announced Farcry 4 to be out in November.

Cross platform again. Still no real reason to buy an Xbox one when it's on the 360.

Would be inclined to agree.... I would assume it will have much better visuals on the One or at least it should.

If I was a ONE owner this would slightly piss me off though!

Then again as a developer you can't blame them at the mo as not enough ONE uptake and they need the pennies

Farcry was an awesome game. FC3 was in my opinion not as good. Quite boring really having to ferry around in the car/bus to locations.

will get a nz of it on the pc when available to test it, wont buy till I try

Is it worth going back and playing FC1 and 2 considering I've played 3?

I think they will continue to do cross platform for a couple of years yet, so many people will still be playing on PS3 and Xbox360 so its still worthwhile developing games for them all but I did notice that WiiU is missing out! Not sure what Nintendo can do to get these games developed other than bring out a console that competes as I cant see the WiiU doing so in the next year or 2, I would love to be wrong though.
