Radio code for 2002 Honda Civic please

I have a 2002 Honda Civic Type R that I am trying to get a radio code for. I have provided a picture of all the details that can be found on the unit.

There are two other stickers with the following numbers: 115501023444 and CKPE001291EW.

Any help appreciated.

its a pioneer unit that unfortunatly can not get the code from serial numbers

Bummer. Do I have any alternatives that you know of? It's a second hand unit so does not match the vehicle so i doubt contacting Honda will be an option unless I am mistaken?
