well had 20 min online chat, who said basically couldn't help me and had to go instore, said bollocks to that want someone to call me, so they called me and advised that all can do is write to the address in posts above and they will then do the analysis and then advise of the outcome either way !

Thankfully my contact is up at the end of June and I will not be staying with Vodafone. The network is shit, calls always dropping and crap 3G speeds - can't comment on 4G as my contract didn't include it.
