If you can't run with the big dogs, stay in the porch!!!!
15 using BOMAS, nearly looked up BEDMAS then thought it`s a wank under the sheets.
BODMAS (and excel) say 15
Type it in Google... Google's never wrong.
If nature always takes the easiest route, what's easier...?
The creation of billions of galaxies each containing trillions of stars each with their own solar systems, some with planets that have evolved civilisations with billions of different life forms. OR The creation of just your imagination?
5+5+5-5+5+5-5+5*0
So using BOMAS, multiplication first. 5x0 = 0
5+5+5-5+5+5-5+0
Addition next
15-15-5
Subtraction
-5
Simples

The answer is most definitely 15
5 + 5 + 5 - 5 + 5 + 5 - 5 + 5 x 0 =
Order of operation determines that you deal with multiplication and division first. therefore 5 x 0 = 0
5 + 5 + 5 - 5 + 5 + 5 - 5 + 0 =
there are positives and negatives that cancel each other out, therefore;
5 + 5 + 5 + 0 = 15
Another one for 15 (and in the same line of thinking as Sinister)
If you do the Multiplication first 5 x 0 = 0. Those two numbers have now been used so you have to equate the remaining numbers then add them to the sum of the first part of the calculation.
Therefore:
5 x 0 = 0
5 + 5 + 5 - 5 + 5 + 5 - 5 = 15
15 + 0 = 15
73?

This thread is hilarious. People are getting very passionate about it being zero. "Anything times zero is zero".
As said many times in this thread the answer is 15. There should be brackets around the 5x0. People have also mentioned BODMAS. Which is the correct answer. No discussion, no argument. It's maths. It's not open to interpretation. The answer is, and only is, 15...!
So if i have 20 quid in my pocket and i times it by zero i end up with nothing?
Fuck maths then
