I used them a couple of years ago for a few weeks. They really are nasty and it's like living in a sauna 24/7. You are permanently in a state of dripping sweat even in mid Winter. You get stomach cramps and have dizzy spells. Body builders have used them when cutting but I wouldn't advise anyone to use it. They really are toxic and if you are unfit your ticker and other organs are likely to give you he'll. People have and do die using these things.

Eca stack - ephedrine can be got from pharmacist as chesteze. Read up on it before you use though as there are potential side effects (never had any myself but does potentially put more strain on your cardiovascular system).

Dodo chesteze contains ephedrine which as we all know is an abusable drug. They tightened up on it now a bit, it's pharmacy only.

simple things like using a smaller plate will help. drink plenty of fluids, and eat little and often.
don't sit for a heavy meal in the evening, particularly if you're not active enough to burn it off.
stay away from bread, and clats that are empty calories, but make you feel hungry quicker. eating crunchy foods likes crunchy veg, or ryvita with keep you fuller for longer. so foods slide in and out of you quickly and you have hunger feelings quicker.
go for a walk as much as you can. if you find that you are not able to walk far, then there are many simple exercises that can be done in the home without having to be an olympian to do.

I dont believe in taking pills to reduce weight.

I had some Ephedrine HCL that I got in from Canada that was potent stuff and seemed to help but it felt like you were constantly wired when it was mixed in with caffeine and aspirin. I had to stop taking it in the end as I wasn't sleeping and just felt worn out. Potentially it was more the caffeine intake I was overdoing it on, but you are supposed to cycle so I'm having a few months off of it to let my system recover!

    These were the ones:

Thinking about it I've not touched it in a few months so I may as well finish off the last few and see how I get on

I did the ECA stack when I was younger and got fantastic results - don't think working in a stressful office helped as I got to the point I just wanted to twat someone!
