Remember the song from the 60's? There's a song in here somewhere folks...

Blue-tailed damselfly in the garden today - and despite the sun shining this one managed to stuff itself right under the shade of the apple tree, so I had to use a ridiculous ISO and noise reduction to photograph it.... (first 2 were at 2,500 ISO, third one at 6,400 ISO).

Bend me...

Shape me...

Reminds me of this joke

It's amazing how we can use ISOs that high on the 70D with no noise.. i'm assuming there wasn't any?
did you use the tubes and that pushed up the ISO?

I have never been as happy with any of my camera's as I am with mine..

I did use some NR yes - I had to as the last image was at 6400 ISO and the shadowy areas were sowing clear noise.

This one was out of sight from most everything - but there were 2 later in the afternoon, so maybe the 2md was around somewhere that I hadn't noticed at the time.
