Well I've a few and I'm no techie

One is how to configure the forum so that any 1st post is limited to a forum and admin approval required, we keep getting Frikkin kitchen spam

Next is feature updates, we'd like to see if any modules have social media integration, ie post on forum goes to fb and vice versa

I could probably help solve this, but have to admit, the last time I was near php or forum coding was almost 8 years ago, so more than rusty would be an understatement.

Admin/Mod approval notifications should be configurable in the original installation in 'The Moderator Control Panel (MCP) - https://www.phpbb.com/support/docume...erator_mcp.php

I won't use their software again.
I created a forum for my local league and it was never publicised, 100's of spam accounts created every day within days of it being launched.
Even now, I've taken the site offline by redirecting to our new site but the files are still there just in case I ever need them or wanna switch back .. thousands of spam accounts last time I checked.
How did they find me in the first place? How can they still find me unless they have a direct URL? I bet from phpBB themselves (they have to make money somehow!).
It got so bad in the end I edited the config to try and block any IP address from outside the UK, half worked but I just got so fecked off with manually checking every account and post I gave up.
