I'm sick to fucking death of seeing that 'Coffee Morning' advert, encouraging the nation to drink coffee and eat fucking cakes. One of the main reasons cancer rates are so high is because of our overconsumption of refined sugar and grains. To top it off half the cast of the advert look like Bella Emberg impersonators. Don't they know obesity is another major factor? The last thing these cunts should be doing is wolfing down more fucking cake.

Call me a cynical old cunt but it's almost as if Macmillan want us to increase cancer rates. Hmm, I wonder who would benefit from that?
