Hi,
Since we had the thunder storms over the weekend my sky box channels keeps jumping from one to another automatically. I've rang sky and gone through a system rebuild three times, system reset, and a new install - under the settings section of the box. Sky customer services have put the phone down on me 3 times as they don't know what the issue is.
Please help - how do I resolve this as I can't watch any programmes or recordings properly ?
